Service

The Service page keeps track of field work on your cameras: batteries, SD cards, cleaning, vegetation and the camera angle. Open Service in the menu. It has two tabs.

• The Open tab has the work still to do.
• The Done tab has the service history of every camera.

Open tasks, the overdue one first.

Plan service

Click Plan service. Pick the cameras and the actions. A due date, a person and a note are optional. Every camera gets its own task. A task is overdue when its due date has passed.

You can also select rows on the Cameras or Sites page and click Plan service there. A selected site counts with the cameras that stand there now.

One task for each camera you pick.

Mark tasks done

Tick the tasks and click "Mark done". Confirm the date and who did the work. The tasks move to Done.

With one task you can also correct what was actually done. With several, each task keeps its planned actions.

Use "Log visit" for work you did without a plan.

The service history, newest first.

Other actions

• Click a task to change it.
• Assign gives the selected tasks to one project member. Tick "Send email to assignee" to email them a list of these tasks.
• Cancel tasks removes tasks that are no longer needed. Nothing is logged.
• Delete on the Done tab removes a visit that was logged by mistake.

Who can do what

Project admins plan and change everything. Viewers can see both tabs for their sites, including the notes and who did the work.
